2nd time staying here and both times were excellent experiences. Very clean and modern hotel with minimal amenities, which was not something in consideration for my 訂房網站s. The staff from security to reception were very friendly, with special mention to day duty reception lady Shai (apologies if I got your name wrong). Her help and sincerity made my stay a joy.

窓がない部屋を利用したこともあり、少し寂しい感じもしましたけれども、かなり清潔感のあるホテルでした。フロントの方の対応が素晴らしく、とても丁寧でした。部屋に忘れ物してしまいましたが、しっかり指摘していただき、取りに帰ることができました。市街地からは若干離れていますけれども、タクシーを使えば簡単に行くことができますし、タクシーを止めるスペースもあるので、十分な環境といえます。

房間佈局還行，裝修比較新，看著還行，空間還不錯，衹能説不求細節就還挺好的，但是床上用品和毛巾）雖然不用，很髒）看著都不舒服，臨近大馬路，有點吵，但是玩累了就還好，也睡得挺好的……

Penang hotels are generally small. They do have TV, but they're too close to the eyes, making them difficult on the eyes. Parking is limited, but good food is readily available around the hotel, so you won't go hungry!

酒店位置十分優越停車免費。保安人員熱情服務，周圍環境有些嘈雜，房間隔音效果不好。房間內的設施很緊湊，有點像快捷酒店。樓下有家肉骨茶店，總是漂來肉骨茶香，旁邊有個教堂⛪。如果臨時住一晚還算不錯。
